Even before we met Cynthia (and later, Janice), SeaCrest came with high recommendations. We have been pleased with Cynthia’s attention to detail, prompt follow-up, comfort with volunteer decision-making, and general positive attitude. She has consistently been responsive to CLP, Inc.’s (and my) needs: thorough in her attention to the many details associated with our program; available by phone and email; and willing to participate in group conference calls, face-to-face meetings, and remote meetings that require travel. Cynthia (SeaCrest) is well prepared to address the needs of our growing certification program, especially managing the many and conflicting wants and needs of our volunteer leadership. Cynthia is able to help our volunteers put their work in perspective relative to where our program should be functioning in its early stages.
