“The SeaCrest team has provided invaluable guidance as we prepare for our upcoming accreditation application. For the last two years, our staff, Board and Certification Council have relied heavily on their expertise as we designed our program’s governance framework, crafted a comprehensive policy manual, and released an updated candidate handbook. We highly recommend SeaCrest and look forward to our continued partnership.”

“SeaCrest was very helpful in understanding the NCCA standards and what is required for the accreditation application. They provided very good guidance, direction and gracious answers to questions that gave excellent insight. The work that SeaCrest did exceeded our expectations and we are very grateful for everything they have done for our organization.”

“As the Chairperson for the Board of Governors at Certified Licensing Professionals (CLP), I’ve had the distinct pleasure of working with SeaCrest. From the onset, it was clear that SeaCrest distinguished itself with its deep knowledge and experience tailored specifically to credentialing organizations. Their commitment to our organization is evident in the dedication of team members who have seamlessly integrated with us, leading both strategic and tactical efforts to foster our growth and further our mission.

I wholeheartedly recommend SeaCrest to any credentialing organization, whether in the nascent stages of its mission or in a more mature phase. The breadth of expertise that SeaCrest brings is notable, covering every aspect necessary for the thriving of a credentialing body – from charter development and strategic planning to financial management and credentialing exam administration.

Our partnership with SeaCrest spans several years, predating my tenure on the board, and they have become as integral to our operations as our own Board of Governors. This long-standing relationship is a testament to SeaCrest’s exceptional role as more than a service provider; they are true partners in our mission.

The expertise we sought in credentialing management across various support needs — including exam preparation, administration, financial oversight, and operational implementation like marketing and community engagement — was met and exceeded by SeaCrest. Their approach to these complex tasks is marked by responsiveness, proactivity, kindness, and trustworthiness. They set a high bar for excellence, consistently delivering work of outstanding quality.

Choosing SeaCrest means opting for a partner that is genuinely invested in your success, equipped with the expertise to make it happen, and driven by values that foster trust and excellence. For CLP, they have been a beacon of support, guiding us towards achieving our goals and amplifying our impact in the licensing community.”

SeaCrest’s principals, Cynthia Allen and Janice Moore, have worked in senior positions with the National Organization of Competency Assurance (NOCA) and their accrediting arm the National Commission on Certifying Agencies (NCCA). Cynthia and Janice are experts in the NCCA accreditation process and know how to develop programs that are consistent with those standards. That expertise combined with their experience in association management brings a unique perspective to the certification program development process. In addition to being experts in the field, they are professional, responsive and perform high quality work.

Shannon Carter – Chief Executive Officer, Competency & Credentialing Institute

“Applying for Accreditation of our Certification program was very challenging and our first effort unsuccessful. We didn’t fully understand requirements, how our program met those requirements, nor how to fix our program where lacking. SeaCrest was recommended to us by another association and hiring them paved our way to successfully obtaining and maintaining accreditation the very next time we submitted. Through their excellent, experienced and knowledgeable employees and leadership they guided us to our success. They work in total partnership, so we understood the requirements and the needs of our program to meet the accreditation standards. The structure of their company is to provide tailored, affordable services to meet the individual needs of your organization.”
