Credentialing Notes

February 2010

This issue of Credentialing Notes includes a number of valuable news and updates, including an article on a survey released by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). The study shows that the vast majority of Americans believe that all pharmacy technicians should be required to be trained and certified. Many certifying agencies struggle with the concept of communicating the value of certification, and this type of data can be helpful in accomplishing this mission. We encourage you to read the article.
